Student Achievement
Students at the Pritzker School of Medicine are highly regarded within our institution and nationally for their academic achievements and outstanding contributions to community service and research.
Over 70% of our students participate in academic research following their first year of medical school, and have published in an array of journals including The New England Journal of Medicine, Science, and Nature, among others.
Pritzker School of Medicine students run over thirty-five student organizations, many of which are service-related. These organizations provide services which range from providing free health services to the homeless, educating school children about the dangers of drug abuse and delivering medical supplies to developing countries. In addition, Pritzker students play a leading role in shaping the direction and leadership of the school by participating in student government and curriculum committees.
