| September - December 2008 | Fall is the optimum time to apply for outside scholarships. |
| January 1, 2009 | Earliest date 2009-2010 FAFSA may be submitted for processing. Family and student should complete tax returns as early as possible. |
| End of January 2009 | 2009-2010 Pritzker School of Medicine Financial Aid Applications available. |
| March 24, 2009 | Students should have FAFSA submitted for processing no later than this date. |
| March 31, 2009 | Priority deadline for financial aid packaging. Financial assistance packages are assembled in the order in which they are received and award notices are mailed as the assistance packages are completed. |
| May 15, 2009 | For incoming students, deadline to commit to one school for matriculation, if holding multiple acceptances to U.S. medical schools. |
| March-May 2009 | For graduating seniors, financial aid exit interviews with the Student Loan Administration. |
| July, 2009 | On line entrance interview for incoming students must be cmpleted before aid will be disbursed. Go to: Mapping Your Future.org. |
| August 6, 2009 | Autumn quarter orientation & registration begins for incoming students. |
