Medical Education Research Information
Scholarship in medical education, be it internally recognized through funding or noted on a national level through presentation at the AAMC Annual Meeting, is an important component to ensuring progress within the institution. We encourage you to seek out opportunities such as those noted below in order to both advance your research interests and to help the institution grow in order to provide the best possible education for our students.
- RFA for Scholarship in Medical Education: The Academy of Distinguished Medical Educators and the Graduate Medical Education Committee will provide funding - beginning on July 1, 2009 for up to two years - to support research in medical student and resident/fellow education.
- Proposals are due on January 5, 2009.
