At the White Coat Ceremony, your society advisor will endow you with your first white coat. In order to get all the necessary information for that to happen, and to invite all the friends and family who have helped you reach this point in your life, we need you to fill out the following survey.

The Pritzker Facebook is a great way to let your fellow peers and faculty learn a little about you. Please take a moment to fill out the survey and share some fun facts about yourself. Also, please send us a picture!
Facebook Survey - Due July 1, 2009
1) All pictures must be about 525 pixels wide by 700 pixels tall. The following site -- www.drpic.com -- will enable you to resize any picture very easily. KEY: the upper right hand corner of the page will tell you the size of your picture and, when resizing, the size of your cropped selection. If you have any problems, again, just email us.
2) Once you have resized your picture, email it to orientation2009publications@gmail.com. Please include your NAME and CLASS YEAR in the subject of the email.
