Note: Please do not import iCAL files into your calendar program more than once as this will result in duplicate events.

Microsoft Outlook

Below you will find instructions for downloading the First and Second Year Course Schedules into Microsoft Outlook’s Calendar system. If you use another calendar system, please follow the directions for your specific application.

1. Click Save to download the iCal file to your desktop computer
2. Open Microsoft Outlook. Click File and select Import and Export
3. Using the Import and Export Wizard, select Import an iCalendar or VCalendar file
4. Click Next
5. Locate the downloaded file
6. Click the OK box to import the file into your calendar
7. Your calendar will be populated with each class listed separately.
