Overview
The sole purpose of the ACLS class is education in the management of patients in arrest or near arrest. The ten core cases are discussed followed by skill stations.
Objectives
Knowledge and management of patients in cardiac arrest or near arrest following the current American Heart Association guidelines.
Evaluation
Must successfully pass written and megacode testing to receive a course completion card.

An e-mail will be sent notifying students of the course dates available. The course is one day format and begins at 7:45am - 6:00 pm. Students must sign up for their choice with Kathy Feeler in CLI L-539.
